Inclusive & Compassionate Lactation Support

Inclusive and Compassionate Care for Breast/Bodyfeeding Families

Welcome to Milk Maidens Lactation

Milk Maidens was founded by Annmarie Hext—a registered nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)—in 2021. Annmarie has been providing lactation support to birthing families since 2007 and remains passionate about educating her community on infant nutrition.

An Inclusive Philosophy

At Milk Maidens Lactation we believe human milk is made for human babies, and any breastmilk feeding is breastfeeding. Breastfeeding and bodyfeeding are the biological norm, but it doesn’t always come naturally. All families need education and skilled support to meet their goals. Milk Maidens Lactation provides individualized care to meet your family’s needs.
